IT security, managed proactively.
We secure your systems and access to company data, verify backup integrity, and respond within one hour to critical incidents. Most vulnerabilities are fixed before your team notices them.
We’ve provided this stability to Romanian companies for over 15 years.

The IT security measures we manage.
Security put in place reactively, after an incident or under the pressure of regulations like NIS2, is often ineffective and disproportionately expensive. Real protection comes down to routine: backups checked regularly, updates installed on time, permissions reviewed the moment an employee leaves, and incidents handled promptly, not days later.
This is our approach: we secure the workstations, monitor the infrastructure 24/7, keep cloud backups with automatic verification, and respond to incidents under a contractual SLA. For critical alerts, we step in within one hour.
Before proposing an IT security solution, we assess the company’s real risks and implement strictly the measures needed, with no packages loaded with features you won’t use.
What IT security covers
Protection on every device.
Every workstation gets centrally managed protection, not just an antivirus left to run on its own. We monitor activity in real time and react immediately to any anomaly.
Isolated backup, validated by restore tests.
We keep a cloud backup fully isolated from the internal network, so it stays intact in the event of a cyberattack. The process runs automatically and is validated constantly through restore tests, and data recovery follows a plan that has already been tested.
Strict control of permissions.
Accounts and access rights are clearly documented. Revoking access when an employee leaves is a standard procedure, and critical passwords no longer depend on one person’s memory.
A contractually guaranteed response.
If an incident occurs, our monitoring systems alert us first. We isolate, clean, and restore systems following a set protocol. For critical incidents, the response time is one hour at most, clearly committed in the contract.
What we assess during the audit.
We check the backup (whether it runs correctly, whether it’s been tested, whether an off-site copy exists), permissions (who holds administrator rights, old accounts left active), the state of updates and outdated equipment, and the network configuration.
At the end, you get a detailed report showing what works correctly, what vulnerabilities exist, and the order of priorities for fixing them. The report is yours, whether or not you choose to work with us afterward.
The Security tier, €45 per user, per month.
We put the focus on data security. Alongside administration and unlimited interventions, licenses, email and cloud data, we include all the tools needed for prevention and 24/7 monitoring.

“Over 99% of our problems were resolved without delays — what we valued most was the response time. Eight years in which HQ has handled our entire IT ecosystem in Romania.”
“We’ve worked excellently with the HQ team on IT services since 2010. We recommend them first and foremost for maintenance, technical assistance, and the support they provide, but also for consulting. Every time, without exception, the HQ team has shown professionalism and promptness, and our internal audits have confirmed it.”
“What sets HQ apart is the proactive approach: they help us catch problems early, before they become something serious. Since 2012, our IT infrastructure has been in good hands.”

Frequently asked questions.
We’re a small company. Does IT security concern us?
Yes, but on a different scale than large corporations. Mass attacks go after matching targets, but small companies are often the victims of mass ransomware and phishing campaigns that pay no attention to turnover. A tested backup and rigorous access management are the practical defense for a team of 10 to 50 people. The foundation isn’t expensive systems, but discipline applied consistently.
What does a “verified backup” mean?
It means a specialist has actually restored a copy and confirmed the data’s integrity. A backup that exists but is untested is like an armored door with a key you’re not sure works. With us, validation is scheduled and rigorously documented.
We already have antivirus. Do we need anything else?
Antivirus blocks only part of the threats. Modern ransomware variants frequently evade classic detection, phishing attacks exploit human error, and the technology becomes useless if an employee uses weak passwords. Solid IT security is built in layers: workstation protection, strict access policies, backup, staff training, and continuous monitoring of the whole ecosystem.
What is an IT security audit?
It’s a systematic assessment of your current infrastructure: equipment, accounts, permissions, backup, security policies, and network. At the end, you get a clear document laying out the real risks. The process is free, comes with no commercial obligation, and the report stays yours.
Can we take just the security, without the rest of the services?
No. Solid security rests on proper IT hygiene: timely updates, validated backups, order in the accounts. That’s why we don’t separate protection from day-to-day administration. The Security tier includes both: the operational base and the managed advanced protection.
What exactly do we get after the security audit?
A written report, in clear business language. It details what works, what’s missing, and the priorities to address. We don’t use scare tactics or commercial pressure, and the report is yours regardless of your decision.
“We have backups,” great. But has it ever been tested?
