The subscription is billed monthly, per user. The operational base stays the same whatever the package: unlimited interventions, a response time of one hour at most for critical incidents, and 24/7 monitoring for every device.
The difference between packages is the working tools assigned to each employee, from cloud email and collaboration to the locally installed Office suite and advanced security features. You give each team member exactly the package they need, and the overall cost stays predictable: the invoice is fixed every month, whatever the volume of interventions.
By comparison, the traditional pay-per-incident model offers neither budget predictability nor contractual response guarantees.

Costs for servers, network equipment, or cloud storage don’t depend on the number of users, which is why they’re billed separately. You add to your package only the components your company actually needs.
Frequently asked questions.
What does “per user” mean?
A user is a team member whose account and equipment we administer. If you have ten employees on the Essentials package, the cost is ten times the €30 monthly rate. Servers and the rest of the infrastructure aren’t included in this calculation; they’re billed separately, per device.
Is a long-term contract required?
It isn’t mandatory. The prices shown apply to a 12-month commitment, but we also offer a no-minimum-term option, in which case the rates are 10% higher. All prices are quoted excluding VAT.
What isn’t included in the per-user subscription?
Infrastructure (servers, network equipment, cloud backup) is billed separately. The same applies to equipment we provide on a monthly subscription, such as laptops or printers.
Do response times differ between subscriptions?
No, and this is a core principle for us. Response times are identical for all packages: one hour at most for critical incidents and four hours at most for everything else. The service-level agreement (SLA) is committed by contract, whatever package you choose.
