Your IT department, without hiring one.
For over 15 years, we’ve taken on the IT department role for Romanian companies: user support, server and network administration, plus 24/7 monitoring, all through a single contract.
We handle the IT, and you focus on growing the company.
What outsourcing your IT services involves
Outsourcing your IT services means getting everything an in-house IT department offers (specialists who respond promptly, monitored systems, problems solved) without the costly process of recruiting, training, and retaining staff. We become your department, and the responsibilities, costs, and response times (SLA) are set out clearly in a transparent contract.
In practice, it works like this: we administer the equipment and user accounts, monitor systems 24/7, and provide unlimited interventions (remote or on-site, as needed). We respond to critical incidents within one hour, and to standard ones within four. Daily maintenance, updates, backups, and prevention are the basis of our service. They’re included by default, not billed as extras.
The model works just as well for a company of 5 as for one of 100, because the cost is calculated per user. A small business gets exactly the same level of expertise as a large corporation, on a budget scaled in proportion.
Compared with a single in-house IT hire, the major advantages are cost and continuity. One specialist costs you as much per month as dozens of subscriptions, needs vacation, and may eventually resign, taking the passwords and the infrastructure’s history with them. An external team doesn’t disappear overnight, and everything about your network is strictly documented, not kept only in one person’s memory. And if you already have someone on IT, we work together well: we take on the daily routine and monitoring, freeing them for internal projects.
Frequently asked questions.
Do we lose control of our IT if we outsource?
Quite the opposite. Many companies only discover what IT resources they really have after outsourcing. Our audit and regular reports make everything clear: from the exact equipment inventory to each employee’s access permissions. The decisions stay 100% yours; we bring the technical recommendations and the execution.
How long does the takeover take?
It depends on the size of the company and the state of the current infrastructure, but the process follows the same steps: audit, planning, and a gradual transition, without interrupting your team’s work. An exact timeline is set right after the initial audit.
What happens to our existing equipment?
We take over the current infrastructure. During the audit we inventory all of it, and tell you what runs well and what would need an upgrade. Replacements happen gradually, at the company’s pace and budget. If you’d rather avoid major capital investment (CAPEX), we can provide the equipment you need on a monthly subscription (Hardware as a Service).
Do you sign contracts with response times?
Yes, always. We guarantee by contract (SLA) a response within one hour for critical incidents and within four hours for everything else. These aren’t just verbal promises. The contract also sets out each party’s responsibilities clearly, ensuring a transparent working relationship from the very start.
See what working with us would look like.
That’s exactly what the free audit is for: we come to your office, assess your current infrastructure, and show you precisely what we’d take over, how we’d streamline the processes, and what the costs would be. Then you can decide calmly, with no commercial pressure.
